This switchboard has now arrived in Works and on examination we find the coils burnt out, fuses missing and the Bakelite cover smashed. Your communication as quoted above shews the parts as "ex stock" but from the usage to which it has been subject, it is obvious the part has been taken from a chassis, the number of which is not stated.
