FRONT SPRINGS ON GOSHAWK.

We have found on examination that the top leaf on the front N.S. spring on 5-Goshawk-11 has cracked right through at the centre bolt hole. This means that both top leaves on the front springs failed on the 10,000 miles test.

If you are considering thickening buffers, we should like to emphasise, with present Goshawks, when sprung to give correct cambers, bump much more on to the buffers at the front over bad roads, than the 40/50 H.P. This makes the riding most unpleasant.
