To BY. {R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from DA. {Bernard Day - Chassis Design} c. to XX Hs. {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 48470 DA {Bernard Day - Chassis Design} 1/M13.10.25. X.5940 X.8420 We understand from Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 2/LG10.10.25., that there is difficulty in getting duralumin pressings for the brake carrier. R. {Sir Henry Royce} would like you to proceed with the alum. casting shewn on N.Sch.2055., and thinks that this should be somewhere near being completed, and therefore that it may be quicker to get this on than to wait for the duralumin. We have wired you today asking you to urge the casting. DA. {Bernard Day - Chassis Design} | ||
