COPY. X 7230 To Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}1/AD9.10.31. X.7230. We are not sure whether Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} had a copy of the curve showing the loss in the P.2 exhaust system when we increased the power. We therefore send one herewith. We are rather anxious about this, because as you know, the only cars that are fitted with cut-outs are the continental type of P.2. and therefore with the existing silencer, the average customer will lose some of the benefit from the increased power output which we are at present succeeding in obtaining. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Sketch- Curve attached. | ||
