Dear Dr. Young, Replying to your letter of September 9th, Mr. Robotham is at present away from the Works. The arrangements you suggest for despatch of the new 6 1/2/16 tyres suits us, except that, if possible we should like two of the 4-ply variety at Derby for tests on precession torque and cornering power, etc. I do not know what date Mr. Robotham mentioned, but the tyres will be needed in France at the end of this month.
