Future Procedure.

It was agreed that -

(a) Mr. Ward will supply a complete cost analysis of the B.V. standard body as produced by him in batches of 250 bodies.

(b) Mr. Green to arrange with Mr. Mellor to give a price for the 2.S.V. body in quantities of 2,500 per annum and 5,000 in 2 yrs.

(1) Produced by P.S.C. methods and construction.
(2) Produced by P.V. Design construction.

To do this Mr. Ward will provide a tracing of the body outline of 12.B.V. full size and a set of detail drawings of the B.V. saloon to illustrate P.V. construction. If necessary P.S.C. to be paid a sum as consultants fees.

(c) Messrs. Green & Ward to report to Derby when sufficient progress has been made.

(2) Mr. Ward's Agenda.

(1) There will be one body and 2 scuttles.

(2) Variations in moulding treatment will depend entirely on cost.

(3) There will be one size of rear wheel arch, although two different tyre sizes are to be used.

(4) The front pillar thickness will be dependent on production difficulties and costs.

(5) The type of construction was discussed earlier in this meeting.

(6) Not more than necessary consistent with fixed cost limitations.

(7) The standard of finish to be not less than that of Rover - Rexine on doors.

(8) The wings will be in steel.

(9) Toughened Triplex to be used throughout.
