Dear Sirs, We acknowledge your letter of the 17th instant, your reference Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.9/MA, in connection with a 6-volt Regulator Type B2 x 14 No.26835. It is noted that you find the characteristics of this Regulator not quite to your requirements and that you wish a Regulator to be built up to initially operate on open circuit at between 7.5 to 8.5 volts and on load at approximately 6.0 volts 3.5 amperes. This information now makes it possible for us to produce this 6-volt Regulator to your requirements, the first information being that you required a 6-volt Regulator purely for experimental work. We have instructed our Associated Company Messrs. C.A.V. - Bosch Limited regarding these requirements and asked them to urge through a 6-volt Regulator accordingly. We shall follow this up from this end. Assuring you of our best attention at all times. We are, Yours faithfully, JOSEPH LUCAS LIMITED. [Signature] Technical Sales Department. | ||
