Messrs. J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} Lucas Ltd.,
Great King Street,
BIRMINGHAM.19.

For the attention of Mr. L.G. Toulmin.

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 4th. Jan. also for the samples of cable and sleeving.

The "Roko" product seems very tough and would, we think, provide ample protection for bunched cables. We wondered, however, if it could be improved by impregnation with some form of oil or water proofing.

If this sleeve is obtainable in sizes up to an inch, we would be very grateful if you would let us have some details, so that we may pass an order through for some for trial.

We were pleased to hear that drawings for the dynamo brackets will soon be completed.

We enclose herewith blue print to DB.{Donald Bastow - Suspensions}2562 as requested.

Yours faithfully,
FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
