The last I heard concerning this matter was that some preliminary instructions which you had issued to the Production Drawing Office were withdrawn. How does this matter now stand, and is it not a fact that we should get the alteration suggested by Mr. Royce, in which the features are nearer together, and the three spring clips are in their old position through as standard very quickly. ?
