Dear Wilks,

Many thanks for your letter of the 18th May, also for the two drives demonstrating the condition of the rubber coupling.

In conversation with the Lucas Co., we have now learned that they are trying out a modification in which the rubber coupling is bonded to the inner sleeve which will, no doubt, prevent slipping.
