Flywheels for B.60 Engine -
Lucas Starter Motor.

We attach herewith two prints of PL.109 showing the heavy and light flywheels for the B.60 engine equiped with the Lucas starter motor.

inertia

The figures were given to us by NRC.{N. R. Chandler} and also the flywheel rim dimensions. In the case of the heavy flywheel we agree with NRC{N. R. Chandler}'s. calculations, but in the case of the lighter flywheel we have had to modify the dimensions to attain the inertia which he calls for.

The lighter of these flywheels will be required for the Ripplet 2.R.2.

Enclosed 4 copies of memo.
