CHASSIS. 21-G-IV. 10,000 MILES IN FRANCE When it was decided to build the above, we were given to understand completion was required by the middle of next month, consequently, we have been working with this end in view. Details of the Wider Front Brakes and Drums were received on the 17th, inst. and the Flywheel and Clutch details were received on the 20th. Drawings for the following have yet to be issued:- (a) Direct Pedal Operation to all four wheels. (b) Modification to Servo Motor incorporating needle bearings and bridge piece. Unfortunately, these late details involve an appreciable amount of forging work and bought-out material. We are, however, making every effort to try and complete this chassis for test by the middle of March as originally promised, and look to you to give us every assistance in completing all outstanding details.
