RECEIVED 24 MAR 1927

Thank you for R4/N12/3/27. We are arranging in accordance with your instructions.

In regard to Card 'C', namely: 40/50 HP.Phantom,
Fit .940 Pitch Worm and Nut; fit new Side Steering Tube with more flexible springs, and your suggestion that it would be still better if the pitch of worm were still slightly slower, say, .875 in. instead of .940 in., i.e., 6.75% slower, as this alteration would take some time to design, manufacture and test thoroughly, have you any objection to our going ahead with the .940 for the present, in order to overcome the difficulty, until the .875 has been completed and tested.

This will help us over the present difficulty, if you could kindly agree by return of post.

BJ.
