(1st sample) Run on bench for equivalent 10,000 miles. Cam unlubricated but suspected absorption of oil by block from previous tests. Wear nil (immeasurable). Rubbing block after test appeared to be in a thoroughly satisfactory condition. It is possible that the block had swelled slightly due to the absorption of oil and this counteracted the effect of the wear. | ||
