Dear Mr. Robotham

I am enclosing a copy of a letter that I have received from R.M.C. with reference to our proposed visit.

If you will be travelling by road perhaps you will pick me up in Coventry, it will save some of my limited supply of petrol.

Could you telephone me tomorrow Monday & say when you would like to go. I shall be at home between 1 & 2 O'clock midday & after 7 O'clock in the evening.
