RE: SYNCHRO MESH TRANSMISSION.

We attach hereto copy of a further letter we have received on the above matter from Mr. Constantine based on the instructions of Mr. McEvoy of General Motors.

I have written to express our appreciation of the spirit which prompted the modification, and pointed out, if as we anticipate our experiments turn out satisfactory, we shall be very pleased to avail ourselves of the proposal in question.
