Attached herewith are some drawings which Mr. Spinney has made showing the proposed windscreen for the speed Trials Car. Will you kindly look over same and say if we may proceed with such a wind-screen. Will you also say what type of horn should be used on this car. We think the "Boa Constrictor" horn is about the best of its kind, but Mr. Spinney is of the opinion that you will object to this on the score of its large windage. Encl:,.Drawings. X 788 Enclosure.
