Frame shake issues on model 1.B.50 and proposed alterations to stiffen the 10 B.V frame.

The vertical oscillation frequency corresponds to the tyre bounce frequency and 1.B.50 shakes very badly in consequence. We are going to make certain alterations to 10 B.V's frame to see how we can stiffen it.
