- 3 - You may criticize the assumption of 4 passengers on all cars, when some may be coupes or roadsters. In the case of two-passenger cars our assumption does overspring the rear. But, we find this is desirable to reduce pitching at high speeds to which such cars are particularly liable. I am not sure whether you assume the full passenger load on PII, or half the passenger load as on the 20 HP. Tables of Weights. I attach chart #15235 showing the general type of cars referred to below. Latest average weights of active types on PI chassis are:- Table I Type Front Rear Total Darby 2640 2620 5260 Regent 2700 2740 5440 Dover 2700 2920 5620 St.{Capt. P. R. It is made in 5 passen-ger type like 404-M which I brought over, and in 7 passenger type with two auxiliary seats.) "Dead reckoning" from the few PII cars we have weighed shows a saving, with two spare wheels at side, of about 120 lbs. in front and 160 lbs. at rear or- Table II Type Front Rear Total Derby 2520 2470 4990 Regent 2590 2580 5170 Dover 2580 2780 5360 St.{Capt.
