Derby, England

Dear Mr. Rowbotham:

I should like this letter to serve the purpose of introducing Mr. Henry Barton.

Mr. Barton has worked for Graham-Paige Motors Corporation in Detroit for eleven years as a tool maker, most of the time directly in the Engineering Department on experimental work. In this he has necessarily operated all types of precision machine tools, including internal and external grinding and Lucas Boring Mills.

Mr. Barton is a British subject and is visiting in England for a few months. He stated that possibly during this time he would prefer to work a while, in which case any information or assistance you might be able to show him conveniently to that end would be appreciated by the writer.

Thanking you in advance and hoping to see you soon again in Detroit, I am with best regards

Yours very truly,

GRAHAM PAIGE MOTORS CORPORATION
