20/25 HP. CHASSIS.

FRONT SPRINGS SEC: 7020.

SPECIAL LOW RATING FRONT SPRING.

Kindly order up two pairs of Front Springs in accordance with Print F.57498, poundage under load 650 and 625 lbs.

These Springs are to be made as per our latest specification and with,-

Free Camber 5.000 positive.
Loaded Camber 1.000 positive.
Maximum deflection 1.950 negative.

In accordance with Mr.Bailey's instructions, we require the Spring Clip Backing Plate riveting to the Spring Leaf by using .250 Dia: 1 in 20 taper Nickel Steel Taper Pins instead of .250 Dia: Countersunk Rivets. This riveting to be carried out exactly as shewn on our print F.57498.

This matter is urgent as Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} wishes to take the springs to America.
