Dear Sirs,

We have been in touch with the Harrison Radiator Corporation re the cooling of our Ph.III car, and they have sent us a good deal of interesting data and information.

In connection with this the question of the weight of our matrix has cropped up. They state that the weight of a matrix block of our size should be 41.5 lbs. (Mark VI or 20 x 55 type core). Actually as weighed by us, these matrices are coming out at about 54 lbs.

In view of this we think that the question of reduction of this weight should be gone into. We should like to know what differences to weight and price would be effected by making the 84 mm. Mark VI matrix with -

(1) .006" waterways
.004" centres
(a) Tinned
(b) Not tinned.

(2) .005" waterways
.004" centres
(a) Tinned
