Copy for EFC. 5791 X4568 Ref: ROY{Sir Henry Royce}5/MG31.1.28 Your Ref: JWH/FW January 31st.1928 Messrs. J.A.Stevens Ltd. Upper Rathbone Place LONDON W.1 Dear Sirs, We thank you for your letter of the 20th instant, also your previous letter of December 21st. From the latter, however, we understood you could not supply us with a Magneto without distributor, and as this is essential for our present purpose, we did not follow up the matter further. A big and heavy Magneto such as the Aero GF.12 would be quite unsuitable. Please accept our thanks for the information given in your letter of the 20th, but, as you will understand, this does not interest us at the moment. Yours faithfully, FOR ROLLS ROYCE LTD Buyer | ||
