Messrs. Delco-Remy & Hyatt Ltd.,

LONDON, S.W.1.

Dear Sirs,

Thank you for your letter WTB/RS.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary} of the 30th. November. Contrary to our expectation we can obtain as a special bearing from an English manufacturer, a bearing of the same dimensions and ball sizes as your No. 43308, at a price considerably less than you quote. We shall not, therefore, be ordering such a bearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

for ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
