(3575 ~~ from ROY.{Sir Henry Royce} c. to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} ROY{Sir Henry Royce}7/MG18.6.24 You will recollect last December, and early this year, we had some discussion with the Grav-vac Syndicate Limited, of Porthcawl, the firm who have produced a Vacuum Feed Tank which they claim does not infringe the Autovac, stating: "The Attorney General found that both in principle and actuation the two articles were entirely distinct". The sample tank was submitted early in January. Will you kindly advise if anything further can be done in this matter, as there is no doubt the Autovac Company are endeavouring to monopolise this business, and I think we should do all we can to counteract this.
