Contd. -6- EH1/LG15.5.18. best of the charge, we believe there is a greater heat value given out to charge in the "Bosch" type magneto spark than there is in the "snappy" battery ignition spark. Under favourably conditions on the test bench, we get equal power and consumption with either magneto or battery ignition but we feel that under unfavourable conditions in mixture, temperature or sparking plugs, the magneto shews up best. We shall endeavour by tests to prove this. EH. | ||
