Phantom dynamo No. EL-15, removed from the Earl of Northbrook's car. This has been returned with a complaint of low output. The machine has been handed to Mr. Brock for attention and we shall be glad if you will kindly have same examined and advise us to which account the cost of repairs should be charged. N.B.
