(10) It was agreed that after a method of construction and designs are approved a sample body be built by hand.

(11) Dealt with by 7.

(12) After discussion it was agreed that we know only 2 door locks that are available, the silent-bloc and the Everall. We prefer the latter.

(13) The rate of output was agreed to be 5,000 Bentley in two years. i.e. 50 per week. 1,000 R.R. in 2 years i.e. 10 per week.

(14) A jig and tool cost of £50,000 is assumed.

Equipment of the factory of a perma nent nature must not be added to the tool cost. i.e. paint shop and equipment. etc.,
