| Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 1204 1.6.37. I believe the decision to put these parts on production was made while I was away. The testing of the bits appears to me to have been quite inadequate. You will see that we ran one thing in France which failed and are proposing to standardise something else. I wrote to C.W.H. about the job & attach his reply. The panic was evidently not justified. Should like to discuss the matter with you. | ||
