Dear Sirs,

We are not entirely satisfied with the amount of illumination available from the new X.166 headlamps we are fitting as standard on the Bentley.

We would very much like to bring over to your laboratory a Bentley saloon car fitted with these headlamps, in order that tests can be made of the illumination, and in order to discuss Bentley headlamps generally with your experts.

Will you kindly let us know what date will be most convenient to you.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
