Bentley Chassis - 'G' series.

In answer to your BY/Cgh.{W Clough}12/G.15.1.36.

The L.B.2 needle referred to by you was supplied by the S.U.Co. at the same time as the L.B.1 needle for experimental purposes, during the development of the H.V.S. type S.U. carburettor for the 'G' series Bentley.

It would appear that S.U's have failed to keep a record of this. Normally it is their practice to keep a record of every needle made.

Here are the dimensions, measured in thous' of an inch, at intervals of .125" from the shoulder.
