Dear Sirs,

Phantom III. EE.C.42.
For the attention of Mr.A.E.Palmer.

Many thanks for your letters and drawings. The drawings appear satisfactory. We have received a standard .180 needle and seating, but the Packard sample has not yet arrived.

We have requested our Mr.Royce to communicate with you as regards stock of .180 needles and seatings surplus.

Is it not possible to use the present needles with the new .140 seatings as an outlet for the surplus stock, thus leaving the seatings only as surplus.

May we add that the Works are on holiday from the 17th. to 24th inst.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED.
