The following is copy of telegram I have received:-

" Marseille. 22/2/24.

" Wormald, Rolls-Royce, Derby, England.

" Royce agrees as compromise indefinitely to postpone production

" of E.A.C. four provided that in E.A.C. two the starter motor

" is taken off gearbox and put on engine. If you see no

" objections ask Rowledge to concentrate Wittering work. "
