Petrol pump failure reported on the 9th of December, potentially caused by testers in France.

With reference to the Daily Report of the 9th December, you will observe that they have had a petrol pump failure. We are getting further information about this as we believe it is one of the new petrol pumps; on the other hand, we understand it was taken to pieces by the testers in France when it arrived, which may have some bearing on its behaviour.
