DERBY.

For the attention of Mr.Grylls.

Dear Sirs,

We thank you for your letter of the 24th. instant, regarding the front Jack brackets and regret to inform you that we shall be unable to obtain the forgings before December 5th., this being the latest promise received from the suppliers.

With reference to the new design of Hand Pump, the latest position on this is that we are now starting to manufacture one which incorporates the latest modifications found necessary for the valves, and these valves have actually been built up in experimental form and tried out before we proceeded to make our final drawings.

At the present moment we do not see that there is any possibility of delivering these Pumps to you under 6 to 8 weeks.

Yours faithfully,
AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCTS COMPANY LTD.

G.Van Vestraut.
Chief Engineer.
