when the engine stops, the water circulation is stopped
and owing to local heating under these conditions, more
water will be lost than if the engine is kept running.
We have run a 40/50 HP. car 10,000 miles in
France with a radiator with a 2 3/4" matrix. There was
no trouble with the suspension brackets or fittings.
We attach herewith a sketch shewing how the
larger shutters were arranged.
