Clutch rattle issue, its potential source, and comparison with the 20/25HP model.

We have not experienced exactly the same trouble on the 20/25HP, although the clearances in question are greater, this is no doubt due to the higher engine speed and less vigorous punches at low speeds. We do, however, on a number of cars get a somewhat similar rattle when the clutch is being engaged - this feature is well-known by the Exp. Dept. It is very possible that this rattle comes from the same source, and on the next marked case we have, we will prove this point. | ||
