+4425 To R.{Sir Henry Royce} from Us. HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}2/LG14.7.25. IGNITION PLUGS. X4425 X878 We have despatched to you one dozen of the latest Lodge Sparking plugs. These are the detachable porcelain which can be more easily cleaned, and in which the joint between the insulator and the metal portion of the plug is not disturbed. The plugs we have sent to you have been run on engines. 6 of them have open ends, and the other 6 have partially closed ends. These latter stand more heat than the open end plugs. The material of the centre electrode of the Bosch plug is 99% nickel. The Lodge people use exactly similar material. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} | ||
