My chief reason for writing this note is that I feel very concerned to see when I was at W.L. last week that you were starting on a new complete epicyclic gearbox and nothing was being done for the immediate needs of Phantom II. I believe the only way of ever getting the ultimate complete easy change box is to scale up the 20/25 HP. for the immediate needs of Phantom II and then more time and consideration can be given to the more perfect scheme.
