S/W To Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} Copy to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} [struck through] 600a re 26.G.VI. Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}16/E16.2.38 Referring to Report dated 11th inst and the failure of the Delco distributor, I am anxious to hear all about the Delco failure. I rather gathered from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} that we were not sure whether the part that had failed was something that we make. At the same time I am interested to know why contact breaker arms with strengthened rubbing blocks had to be fitted to 6-B-IV. Was it due to a failure? Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} | ||
