Referring to Report dated 11th inst and the failure of the Delco distributor, I am anxious to hear all about the Delco failure.

I rather gathered from Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} that we were not sure whether the part that had failed was something that we make.

At the same time I am interested to know why contact breaker arms with strengthened rubbing blocks had to be fitted to 6-B-IV. Was it due to a failure?
