I have just been reading Hs {Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} /Rm. {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 10/KW.25.9.36. This seems to be an important matter from the point of view of saving both weight and money and I hope that the Design Dept. will give it the immediate attention asked for so that there need be no unnecessary delay in its introduction, which in any case, I am afraid, will necessarily be some time off. I hope that Design can approve of what is on the Experimental car. Otherwise, if it means considerable alteration subsequently further delay ensues.
