Brake Costs.

I have just been reading Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}10/KW.25.9.36. This seems to be an important matter from the point of view of saving both weight and money and I hope that the Design Dept. will give it the immediate attention asked for so that there need be no unnecessary delay in its introduction, which in any case, I am afraid, will necessarily be some time off.

I hope that Design can approve of what is on the Experimental car. Otherwise, if it means considerable alteration subsequently further delay ensues.

I should be glad to hear from you about it after you have had an opportunity of going into it further.

Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}
