The ordering of additional long and short frames for 20 HP 'P' and 'R' series chassis.

Gx: Referring to BY8/G15.10.29 we have carefully considered this matter. The position is that we authorised some time ago 25 frames for "P" Series which have had to be carried forward. Subject to the standardisation sheet being signed in the usual way we propose that 50 more long frames should be ordered for the first 100 of "R" Series, and 25 short frames, which will make a total of 75 long frames with the 25 referred to above. We should be glad if we can be notified as soon as it is essential to have information in regard to the second half of "R". I understand we still have not seen and tried a long frame chassis with the raked steering about which you will remember I spoke specially during my last visit to Derby. Sg.{Arthur F.
