5 Regarding window rattles, when windows are a little way open, if they are arranged to be tilted (as they may be by hanging them from one top corner) rattling ceases. Hoopers are now fitting windows arranged so, windows on Midland Railway Dining Cars are so arranged & do not rattle. R D Spring 14. 11. 11 | ||
