Herewith a specification which it is proposed to send to AEC. showing what sections of B.V. we consider it possible to release now, so that production can get on with tooling and jigs for same so they will be in a position to build 50 chassis next year. Will you please carefully check the sections which concern you, to ensure that nothing is released which we know will definitely be altered before production commences.
