| contd:- -2- 11. Modification to present rear brakes. In our opinion it is quite impracticable to think of applying any front wheel brakes to existing cars. As a very approximate estimate, FHC, and myself consider that we may have the first car completed with the pneumatic brakes, by March and the first car with the mechanical Servo brakes, by May.
