cont'd.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} - 2 - With regard to chassis mileage: 30.G.VII has now completed 110,000 miles, and the troubles experienced are listed as follows :- 31,500 Miles. Rear brake drums badly scored. New drums fitted 52,434 " Front brake drums badly scored. New drums fitted. All these drums had run 23,500 miles in France. 50,000 " ) Front Road Wheel collapsed -new wheel fitted. 89,000 " ) Front Road wheel collapsed - new wheel fitted. Both wheels collapsed in a similar fashion due to the outer flange breaking away from the inner rim. Photograph of one damaged wheel attached. 52,434 " Centre steering lever slack in bracket fitted to front pan. New fulcrum pin fitted and excessive end play removed. No further trouble experienced. 64,000 " ) Clutch failed. Refer to item CLUTCH in FAULTS list. 84,000 " ) 64,000 " Steering cam broken. Both rear brake drums skimmed up to remove score marks. 89,400 " Flexible Bijur oil pipe to pivot failed - new pipe fitted. 110,000 " Coil oil pipe from Gearbox damper unit to frame broken - new pipe fitted. 110,000 " Lower triangle lever anchorage bracket under front pan broken - new bracket fitted. 3. B. 50 has now completed 65,578 miles and the chassis troubles experienced are listed as follows :- 12,500 Miles Hand Brake ratchet sticking and rear brake 49,250 Miles. expander unit partially seized.
