You may be interested to know that an agreement has been concluded between Messrs. C.A.Vandervell, London (belonging to Joseph Lucas Ltd) and the Bosch Company of Stuttgart, by which a new firm, to be called C.A.V.Bosch, has been formed for the purpose of exchanging experience, Patents etc., and generally co-operating; and the Bosch Scheme to erect Works in London for the manufacture of their products has been dropped.
