CARBURATEURS BLERIOT. -------------------- Please see the attached curve, which has been sent to us from Paris with a letter which, translated, reads as follows and is addressed to our agent in Paris:- "Sir, Following your conversation of yesterday with the undersigned, we have the honour to send you a curve representing the results obtained with the new aircraft carburetter that we mentioned to you. This carburetter has been established by our colleague and collaborator, Professor Emile Schimanek, the late Rector of the Polytechnic School of Budapest, who has been specializing for many years in the question of carburation. This carburetter is completely novel. (The first flight was made on the 15th November). Its application to aircraft engines assures an absolute superiority to the engines fitted with it over all others................... We are at your disposal to give you the most detailed information, etc." Will you please say, after you have examined the curve, whether you would care for us to obtain further information regarding this carburetter for you.
