Dear Sirs,

================

In reply to yours dated the 24th inst.

The set of lightened bumpers are being made and we hope to despatch them early next week.

The long delay is due to our difficulty in obtaining suitable steel of the light section in small quantities. This is now advised so we should soon get delivery.

X Your official order will oblige.

Yours faithfully,
J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} R.{Sir Henry Royce} Ridlington
