To Mr. Hives from BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} c.c. to Mr. Mills. X601 BY14/T14/4/19. CHASSIS - RE SPARKING PLUGS. SECTION - WIRE FITTINGS AND PLUGS. We supplied you with 24 plugs which were supplied by Messrs. The Lodge Sparking Plug Company, of their C.3. and C.9. types. At the moment the Order Office are absolutely held up on the plug question and a number of present users are in addition worrying us for information on this subject. Will you kindly let me/by return what type of plug it is proposed by the Experimental Department to standerdize for the chassis, as I understand that since the original type of Lodge plug was not available you have been testing out K.L.G.'s in addition to the C.3. and C.9. Lodge. I do not remember seeing a report on this question and would therefore like to hear something in the near future. BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} | ||
